World nuclear order cannot be discriminatory

India has clearly announced that he international nuclear order cannot be "discriminatory". But India has also said that it is happy with the global push for achieving a world free of atomic weapons. Addressing the 64th session of the United Nations, External Affairs Minister S M Krishna said that India welcomes the renewed global debate on achieving a world free of nuclear weapons. Krishna also made it clear that India will still be committed to a voluntary, unilateral moratorium on nuclear testing.
